Myhre Group Architects was responsible for the planning and architectural design of this four-story, mixed-use apartment complex in Portland, Oregon. Constructed with a wood framed and concrete pan deck system, the project consists of 78 residential units over 3,000 square feet of ground floor retail, totaling 51,800 square feet on a 15,640-square foot site. Each unit boasts thoughtful layouts, energy-efficient appliances and either quartz or granite countertops. Highly walkable and bike-friendly, the Richmond neighborhood offers some of Portland’s greatest culinary and shopping experiences, maintaining its community-oriented culture through shared gardens and public events. This project was completed in March 2014.
