Myhre Group Architects was responsible for the architectural design and planning of this 268-unit, mixed-use complex in Portland, Oregon. The 352,000-square foot site boasts a mix of commercial, residential, and live/make units catering towards craftsman and artists. Multiple unique amenities define the building, including a bike work shop, a "sports" lounge with shuffle board, a demonstration kitchen, various elevated communal patios, and a large central woonerf. Commercial tenants enjoy two street facing courtyards, ample glazing, tall ceilings, and operable garage doors. The building's exterior is a medley of metal panels, brick, architectural concrete, corrugated metal, fiber cement siding, aluminum storefront glazing, and high grade vinyl windows. This project was completed in 2017.
