Myhre Group Architects was responsible for the architectural design and planning of this 265-unit, mixed-use complex in Portland, Oregon. The 90,200 SF site boasts a mix of commercial, residential, and live/make units catering towards craftsman and artists. Multiple unique amenities define the building, including a bike work shop, a "sports" lounge with shuffle board, a demonstration kitchen, various elevated communal patios, and a large central woonerf. Commercial tenants enjoy two street facing courtyards, ample glazing, tall ceilings, and operable garage doors. The building's exterior is a medley of metal panels, brick, architectural concrete, corrugated metal, fiber cement siding, aluminum storefront glazing, and high grade vinyl windows. This project is 346,700 SF and was completed in October 2016.
