Myhre Group Architects was responsible for the planning and architectural design of this 74-unit apartment complex in Portland, Oregon. Five-stories in height with additional subgrade parking, the building is constructed of wood framing over a PT concrete deck and boasts amenities including a rooftop patio for tenants. The 63,000-square foot project is centrally located in the Hollywood District, three blocks away from Grant Park. Residents have access to large transit veins, including Tri-Met Max and the Banfield Express Way, and a plethora of culinary and retail experiences. The project was completed in 2015.
