Myhre Group Architects was responsible for the architectural design of this multi-family apartment complex in Portland, Oregon. A mix of studios and one-bedrooms, the 50 units in this four-story, 38,417-square foot building are housed in a modern façade, comprised of clean, bold, lines, a neutral palette and a bright blend of textures. Residents have access to copious bike storage as well as a below-grade parking garage. Other amenities include a dog washing station, bike repair lounge, spacious apartment layouts and private residential balconies. The complex sits at the center of the Buckman neighborhood, in close proximity to parks, culinary adventures and the Belmont/Hawthorne shopping district. Construction was completed in 2015.
