Myhre Group Architects was responsible for the architectural design, planning, and contract documentation of this multi-family complex in Portland, Oregon. Located in the heart of the historical Sellwood neighborhood, the four-story development is made up of 46 units spread out over 28,530 square feet. The largely wood structure rests upon a concrete foundation and is accented by fiber-cement siding, a shingle roof, and vinyl windows. In following traditional forms and detailing, the building's design stylistically coheres to existing neighborhood design motifs. Besides proximity to the unique Sellwood district, residents have access to in-building bike parking, private balconies and patios, and in-unit washer and dryers. This project was completed in April 2014.
