Myhre Group Architects was the Architect of Record for this new prototypical aloft Hotel near the PDX International Airport. This five-story, select-service hotel will be one of Starwood's first new boutique hotel lines, modeled in the spirit of its popular and stylish W hotels. A variety of materials and textures define the building's surface: wood on the ground level and stucco and metal panel on higher levels, all punched through with large windows. On the top of the building is Starwood's trademark aloft "swoof". The project contains a total of 68,000 square feet.
