Myhre Group Architects was responsible for the interior design of this multi-family development in Kirkland, Washington. The five-story building is comprised of 22,000 square feet of residential space, with an additional 6,700-square foot commercial area. Kirkland Crossings boasts a number of public spaces, including the leasing office and lobby, a state of the art fitness center, a spacious resident lounge with theater room and uniquely designed corridors. These spaces, along with three model units, were designed using a modern, organic motif, which utilizes clean lines coupled with natural textures, a cool foundational color scheme and eye-catching accents. This project was completed in 2015.
