Myhre Group Architects was responsible for the architectural design, master planning, and planning entitlements for this two-building, market-rate apartment community in Fairview, Oregon. The buildings are both three stories in height and built of traditional wood frame construction. The design includes surface parking, "tuck-under" parking, and 62 dwelling units. The project contains a total of 62,890 square feet and is located on a 2.1-acre site. The exterior design of the buildings reflects a traditional "Prairie Style" of architecture, adding further design diversity to the character and appeal of the Downtown Fairview Village streetscape and masterplan.
