The Myhre Group Architects team was responsible for the architectural design of Countryside Community Church, located on a 4.5-acre scenic plot of land at the edge of Sherwood, Oregon. Working together, the design team and the building committee established manageable phase components that enabled the church to build as their budget allowed. The extensive site work included storm/sanitary disposal, fire-fighting water supply, and a domestic well. A 21,500 square-foot building serves as a multi-use worship space with classroom and administrative wings. Also included is a large narthex/lobby space, a youth room, and a kitchen for the multi-use room. This project was designed by Raymond Yancey with a previous firm.
