Myhre Group Architects was responsible for the site planning and architectural design of this pedestrian oriented multifamily residential development in Hillsboro, Oregon. Across the street from Merlo Park, and adjacent to the MAX station, the development is composed of ten four-story, multifamily buildings with both tuck-under and surface parking. Though a large portion of the site is preserved wetlands, the total density of the project was increased in the developable portions of the site, resulting in no net loss of potential density. In addition to 243 market rate apartments, the project includes a community center. Construction was completed in 2014.
