Myhre Group Architects was responsible for the architectural design, master planning, and planning entitlements for this unique planned community. Situated next to a large pristine lake, the current plan breaks the site into three separate areas. The first area is a series of single-family homes lining the exterior of the islands; the second area is the marina which includes townhomes, a clubhouse, single-family homes, and 100 boat slips. Finally, the third area is the Golf Course Village, which will include a world class PGA golf course and a variety of accommodations, such as member suites, condos, and flats. In total, there will be a total of 565 units of various types, and a public and private marina. The project is located on a 2,500-acre waterfront site.
