Myhre Group Architects was responsible for the architectural design, master planning, and planning entitlements for this thirteen-building, timeshare resort condominium project in Zephyr Cove, Nevada. The buildings are three stories in height and built of traditional wood-frame construction. The resort design includes surface parking, a clubhouse, pool and spa, laundry and maintenance facilities, and 110 dwelling units. The resort was designed to maximize the preservation of existing trees, rock outcroppings, and to minimize the disturbance to the natural features. The project contains a total of 190,636 square feet and is situated on a 13.3-acre sloped site. It was completed in the fall of 2002 and the total construction cost was $17.9 million.
