Myhre Group Architects was responsible for the architectural design and conceptual master plan design of this premier pedestrian oriented residential community across from the Nike World Headquarters in Beaverton, Oregon. The design includes 240 cluster style residences organized around common greens, 140 multi-family residential units, and a central resident use clubhouse. This community-minded, mixed-use development is interconnected by a pedestrian path network which links residents directly to an adjacent commercial area.
