Mosiac

Myhre Group Architects was responsible for the architectural design and planning entitlements for this market-rate, commercial/retail and condominium community located in downtown Portland, Oregon. The building is eight stories in height and is constructed of cast-in-place concrete and light-gauge steel framing. The unique design includes ground-floor retail, full-glass exterior walls, adjacent off-site parking, and 40 townhome-style and traditional single-level dwelling units. The project contains a total of 37,000 square feet and is located on a 4,875-square-foot urban site. This project was completed in September of 2003. The total construction cost of the project was $5.7 million.
