Myhre Group Architects was responsible for the architectural design of South Ridge Plaza--the commercial/retail component of the larger 180-acre South Ridge Village planned unit development in Kennewick, Washington. The 7.67-acre first phase of South Ridge Plaza will feature seven buildings -- a Starbucks, two restaurants, a credit union, two in-line retail buildings, and an 84-room hotel. Later phases will include medical office buildings to serve the future general hospital, an assisted living facility, and a large entertainment center. The project contains a total of 42,560 square feet.
